As an Inbound Sales Associate, you will receive inbound calls from prospective customers. You will select the best package for your customers based on their programming / service needs and then close the sale. Duties and Responsibilities:

Take inbound sales calls in call center environment; consistently meet defined sales and performance goals. Recommend, develop, test, and optimize processes, systems, and product presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and recommend process and systems enhancements to improve agent user experiences.
Work with internal business partners to identify, recommend, and test solutions to maximize the customer experience, product services, and sales processes.
Minimum Skills and/or Knowledge Required:

Ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously and solve complex problems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintain degree of flexibility with the ability to quickly switch focus in response to business needs.
Effective organization and time management skills.
Takes ownership and is comfortable with both working independently, and in collaboration with others, as required.
Education/Experience Preferred:

2+ years of Sales Call Center Experience
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree a plus
Prior sales experience is a plus.
